A tool, not advice
Last updated: 2026-09-18
FloatVerify is a workbench: data, calculators, screeners, journals and statistics. It is a tool that you use. It is not an advisor, and nothing here tells you what to buy, sell or short.
What this platform does
It shows sourced, dated facts like float, dilution, SEC filings and historical gaps. It also computes what you ask it to compute: position sizes, entry, stop and TP levels from your own thresholds, and statistics on your own criteria and your own trades. Think of a spreadsheet or a calculator: the numbers come out of the inputs you put in.
What this platform never does
It gives no recommendation, no signal to act on, no price target and no personalized advice. We do not know your situation, your capital or your risk tolerance. FloatVerify is not a broker, not a portfolio manager and not a registered investment adviser (SEC, AMF or otherwise). Using it creates no advisory relationship.
Statistics and backtests describe the past, not the future
Every statistic, win rate or backtest shown here is a fact about the past. Samples are often small, and simulations are hypothetical: simulated fills, no fees, no slippage. Past results never guarantee future results. A strategy that worked for a year can stop working tomorrow.
Bugs happen
These tools are software, and software can contain bugs, data errors or delays. Verify any important number before acting on it. We are not responsible for decisions taken on top of a wrong number.
Your decisions, your risk
Trading small caps carries a high risk of loss, up to your entire capital. Short selling can lose more than your capital. Every decision you make with these tools is yours alone. If you are unsure, consult a licensed professional.
