By creating an account or using FloatVerify, you accept these terms.

1. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Minimum age: the age of majority in your province or country of residence. One account per person.

2. Subscription and billing

Access is offered by subscription (Basic and Sandbox plans). Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the customer portal. Refunds: none — once access to the data is opened, payments are non-refundable; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

Prohibited: scraping, automated bulk extraction, resale or redistribution of the data, circumventing quotas or access controls, and any unlawful use.

4. API and data protection

API access (API tier) is subject to personal keys and quotas. It is strictly forbidden to scrape the database, resell the data, or use it to train a model without written authorization. Access is logged; any violation results in immediate revocation.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, its analyses and its database remain the property of FloatVerify. No rights are granted to you beyond the personal use provided by your subscription.

6. Disclaimer

FloatVerify provides data, not advice. See the Disclaimer.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or availability. To the extent permitted by law, FloatVerify's liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months. [TO BE COMPLETED BY A LAWYER]

8. Termination and changes

You may cancel at any time through the portal. FloatVerify may suspend an account in case of violation. These terms may be amended; material changes will be notified.

9. Governing law
